What we process

What you give us in the forms: name, email, company (optional), type of contact and message; or only your email if you join a waitlist.

Why

• To answer your message (legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering it).
• To tell you when the Summer Box opens or a product launches, only if you sign up (legal basis: your consent).

How long

Messages, as long as needed to handle them and up to 12 months after. Waitlists, until you unsubscribe or the launch happens.

Who else

We do not share your data. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, processes it on our behalf on servers located in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@sipnsoldrinks.com, and withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
