Who sells

What we sell and to whom
Marisol drinks, sticker sheets and El Pasaporte, through El Chiringuito on sipnsoldrinks.com, to consumers. The drinks contain alcohol (4.5% vol): we only sell them to people aged 18 or over, we ask for your date of birth at checkout, and the courier may ask for ID. If nobody of age can receive the parcel, it isn’t handed over.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is shown before you pay; the Caja Sobremesa includes delivery. You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (when offered), through Stripe; we never see your card details. Your order is confirmed when the payment goes through and we email you.
Where and when we deliver
Drinks: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Sticker sheets and El Pasaporte: the European Union. We ship from Madrid, usually within [2 working days], and delivery takes about [2 to 5 working days] after that. If anything goes wrong with the delivery, write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Your right to withdraw
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by telling us at hello@sipnsoldrinks.com (you can use the model below). Send the products back unopened within 14 days of telling us; the return shipping is on you unless the product arrived faulty or wrong. We refund what you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you, with the same payment method; we may wait until we have the products back. For health and hygiene reasons, opened bottles can’t be returned.
Model withdrawal form: “To Sipnsol Drinks S.L., hello@sipnsoldrinks.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [order number and products], received on [date]. Name, address, date.”
If something arrives broken or wrong
Write to us as soon as you can with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund it. Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (3 years in Spain).
Passport rewards
Passport codes are single-use, valid for 12 months from when we send them, and give one free sticker sheet together with another purchase. They can’t be exchanged for money.
Complaints
Write to hello@sipnsoldrinks.com; we reply within two days. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. You can also contact your local consumer office.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies, without affecting the rights your own country’s consumer law gives you.
